I have an extra 2am ticket, PM me, it is a hard ticket i have in hand, i will be in Miami around 10pm and then Miami Beach around 11pm

this was my favorite party in an actual club and the best time i've had at space ever. Radioslave was an awesome warmup and i had absolutely no idea what i was in for with lawler, but i feel like he violated me several times in my ears...
and i gotta say, the enclosed terrace is an A++ cuz it was COLD in there for most of the night!

I totally agree with you Ammora - Space that night was the best club night I can ever remember having. The music was great , the spot and the ppl were fantatstic. I also got my hands on you know what so it was all perfect. I actually was texting PVDobsession all night and trying to meet up with each other- lol needless to say we never figured it out. I went to the area at 2am but couldnt find anyone either lol. Next time maybe meeting outside would be best just to see some faces.
I was downstairs with Boris for a while- never really heard him but damn he was hitting me hard- I know alot of pppl on this forum seem to dislike him but damn I was impressed and now a fan. We then went up to Terrace (going back and forth all night) to find the sun is now out- ppl dancing on tables- pure madness- I felt like I was partying with vampires (dont ask ) lol it was awesome. I think Ferry spinned upstairs too and he was hard hitting and great as well. I just wish I could recognize DJs easier but that night was perfect.

i never really liked boris myself, but he isn't a bad DJ at all. its just not my sound. I would have probably checked out a little bit of his set to see if he's changed at all or evolved at least...but the unevolved juiceheads that got rejected from the Jersey Shore prevented me from doing anything but going right out the door lol

I experienced the same thing on Friday. The guy in front of me was about to explode LOL. Guess hes not use to Space BS as well like me.

Never in my life will I step foot in this shithole club. I don't care who is playing. The only reason I was even going to this was because it was viva night. So what happens we get all the way through the line with tickets in hand and right up to the little booth to hand over our tickets for entry and this gorilla looking bouncer points me, my friend, and two girls out tells us to step under the rope. First thought is great they are opening up another line because the line was about 250+ deep. No the big ****** says now get out. We were doing nothing but standing in line. This place is bullshit. Fuck Louis Puig and fuck space.

you should have got there early.

we arrived early, like 11:30 or so with no tickets, got in 2 seconds and paid 50 at the door. was a breeze surprisingly.

ummm clearly something is lacking from your story...i've had some shit experiences with Space as far as poor line management, etc, but this doesn't even remotely sound accurate. They don't just rip people out of line AT THE DOOR and kick you out unless you pose some sort of threat (IE Incredibly wasted and can't stand up, acting like an asshole and giving people a hard time, etc) or somehow made it past the first line on the street in the wrong clothes. How were you dressed? Space is known for being dicks, even at conference over dress code.

Yeah that club was so damned pack with a wide range of all types of ppl. You had to be standing out for some reason or being a dick and cutting people on the line- Im also questioning your curse about the bouncer and if Im deciphering it correct you do sound rather like a dick.
Space was the best club ever- and Ill tell everyone I know - I cant wait till next year I plan on going right back there. You missed out.

Got to Space around 1230. The GA line looked like a mess and we were happy to see there was a separate will-call line. We waited in the will-call line for about 5 minutes, traded our info with wanttickets for a ticket, then merged with the GA line at the front. All in all about 10 minutes to finally get into Space.

Am I imagining things or is the terrace more enclosed? I read about the wall between the terrace and the loft, but I didn't know anything about glass panes on the ceiling of the terrace. I'm assuming they were added also because of noise complaints? At any rate, I miss the days when it was a true terrace and you can look down at the massive lines waiting to get in. I actually did like the separation between the terrace and loft. It was nice to escape the heat and into the loft.

Another surprise was seeing Lawler come on so early. I wasn't expecting him until sunrise or so, much like the old Sander days. wasn't disappointed. caught some of timo in the loft before having to head out early. all in all a good night out

they fully enclosed the terrace and added very much needed AC.
i think the sound was MUCH better now b/c of the new enclosure and was relieved to not burn up with the crush of people that invaded the terrace once lawler went on. The more crowded it got, the more i felt the AC blowing down on us A++++ for the improvement in my book and I'll do more parties on the terrace in the future.
Still by no means think Space is what it used to be...but I can't really give them too much shit this year. It was poorly organized at the sidewalk level, but once inside, it was a clear shot up to the terrace and no clusterf*cks like years past...

Sad i didnt run into ONE single F*ck you band holder...i didn't even SEE anyone the whole week wearing one..i coulda used a free beer lol
