yup, Samuel Barber is the composer of Adagio for Strings, a classical orchestral piece. William Orbit had a remake of it done on his album purely by electronic means (computer, synths, etc). Then Ferry Corsten made a remix of William Orbit's remake....and ends up as it is today.

as if anyone really cared about this...

yeah, so you can't really say that they sound alike, cause it's actually a remake/cover
