It's supposed to be both, really. Yin/yang, mind+body type thing. When I do yoga, I just try to focus on repairing and strengthening some of the ailments in my body, like my knees. Take it slow. Nice, easy stretching with some poses in the routine, and you'll feel like a million bucks.
You can go "ohmmm" if you'd like, but I don't have time for that bullshit
