you can get from pearson airport to downtown on the subway - its very easy.

ask at any terminal for the TTC stop (they stop at terminals 1,2, and 3). Catch the 192 airport rocket (it comes roughly every half hour -45 minutes) - it will cost you 2.50 (or after april 1st 2006 $2.75). Stay on it till the end, and get off at kipling station. go in the station, and go downstairs and get on a subway (either side it doesnt matter - they both go downtown). you are now now on the subway system and can go anywhere in the city pretty much. if you want to take another bus, make sure you get a transfer from the bus driver.

the subway is open from 5am to ~midnight (sundays are different)

see www.ttc.ca

see - you can get from the airport to downtown on $2.50

whole trip takes 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on connections.

hope this helps.

Hi everyone,

Im heading over in about 6 weeks (counting down the days!!) and Im wondering about domestic flights within Canada. As I fly into Vancouver and need to make my way across to Toronto and the dumb travel agent assured me the flight was included when I booked the ticket but as it turns out its not (but idiot travel agents are another story). Is Air Canada the only carrier that does domestic flights? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
