Its utterly dreadful here Ian, you'd be right at home with drenching, endless rain, 15degrees and the odd howling gale.

On the other hand, we're enjoying a better time right now, currently forecast to go upto 25c today, similar sat/sun and a bit cooler monday but I don't care as from monday night, I'm off to closer to 40c for a fortnight

I have to say too that after 6 months of not having my hair cut, i had it trimmed last sat & it's so thick/curly still that the heat is pissing me off so it's back to my usual summer cut later.
ps. fao jenny. the deed should be done today if someone does as they've been asked

Under normal circumstances I'd evacuate, pick a spot on the weather map which is complete rubbish, pack up for the weekend, hop on a plane and get out of town for a weekend of debauchery and exploration.

Is the weather still behaving badly down there?
It's been lovely up here today. 23C, light breeze, and sunny sunny, for the most part.
Same forecast for the rest of the weekend (unless Will and his cronies change their minds).
Ah, QLD winters

Just the way I like them. The psychologist during the psych test actually told me that from my profile, I'm practically designed for something like marketing.

Oh go on. Mine put me as supremely confident to others and in most cases, but inwards very anxious, seemingly doubting my own abilities and for some unknown reason, always putting myself in tough situations that I really don't need to and yet I always do.
It's pretty spot on actually
