Ik heb em zonet gezien in de ciné, en vond hem best OK. Niets baanbrekends maar wel eens leuk om te zien.

Match Point: een grote aanrader. In het begin komt hij wat traag op gang, veel elitair Brits gezwets en wat tennisbrol, maar daarna blijft de film echt ongelofelijk boeiend. Het einde is erg goed, en helemaal niet voorspelbaar. Liefhebbers van de lieftallige Scarlett Johansson mogen deze zeker niet missen.

afgelopen week der untergang en good night en good luck gezien. Beiden topfilms. Bij der untergang had ik wel het gevoel dat hij iets te lang werd gerokken, vooral naar het einde toe. Good night en good luck had wat langer mogen duren van mijn part.

Deze week zijn Zehra en ik ook naar 300 gaan zien, en ik heb toch wel het gevoel dat m'n verwachtingen niet helemaal ingelost zijn. Het feit of het al dan niet historisch correct zou zijn stoort me niet, maar na alle reacties over het visuele aspect van de film had ik er toch meer van verwacht. Er zaten wel enkele indrukwekkende scenes in (niet alleen de vechtscenes), en de animatie was bij momenten briljant. Maar allesbehalve revolutionair vond ik, en helemaal niet zo "anders dan anders". En ook wel jammer dat er in het plot een hoop déjÃ_-vu momenten zaten uit bvb LOTR en Troy.

Maar ik ben wel blij dat ik de film in de cinema gezien heb, en uiteraard was het visueel wel een heel sterke film. Maar ik had nooit het OMG-gevoel dat ik dacht dat ik ging hebben...
