Gisteren op de dj-contest in Mortsel. Ik kreeg te horen van de jury dat het een iets andere stijl was dan op m'n demo, maar het publiek leek 25 minuten graftombe-prog niet echt te gaan apprecieren

Ah in mortsel? waar was dat dan? ikzelf ben van edegem, het publiek vond het niet goed? jaa versta ik wel. ik heb hier nog nooit mijn genre kunne draaien. al die blikken van trance? tssss Had er best wille bijzijn eigelijk. kwalitatieve trance feestjes rond mortsel zien ik altijd zitten Greetzzz

Dat was het dus
En het publiek vond het best wel leuk denk ik, ik heb toch wel wat mensen aan het shaken gekregen. Het was natuurlijk een jeugdhuispubliek, dus die gaan niet meteen dansen op muziek die ze normaal niet te horen krijgen. Dat zag je bij de winnaar ook: die draaide technisch heel sterk, maar met zijn muziek kreeg hij het volk bijna niet mee. Daarom dat ik het zelf ook iets toegankelijker heb aangepakt
Trance is er in ieder geval niet gedraaid. Er waren nog 2 techno-dj's, en dan 3 dj's die wat meer housey draaiden. Er deden ook 3 residents van het jeugdhuis mee, en die waren echt wel hilarisch!!
Op 10 minuten van Fiocco over Rotterdam Terror Corps via klassieke muziek naar Sam Gooris, en dat alles gekleed in een soort van bontfrakskes met luipaard-motief. Zo crappy en kitscherig dat het leuk werd!
