i think its the same vocal as Dumonde - Tomorrow... but can't figure out the mix

it sounds alike but the vocals for tomorrow are different

How can sound exist if there's no one there to hear it?

Sounds a lot like DJ Dean's style and I cant really hear the voice of the lady shouting but it could easily be DJ Dean's girl.

the part you can't make out I think sounds like it's saying
