Heh yeah, it would be funny if it weren't infact true.
As for fixing it myself, it's kinda hard to precisely weld new chipsets onto a motherboard. And there's also the problem of chipsets not being sold separately...

Hmm, is something like this better:
"Systembolaget has to a certain extent helped Sweden for almost 150 years to quite successfully keep the consumption of alcohol down. Not all people agree on Systembolaget's role when it comes to this, and whether it is something to strive for, however there should be one thing most people could agree to nowadays no matter what political alignment: Systembolaget has no longer any noticeable effect on the Swedish alcohol consumption. Nowadays only a fraction of all alcohol consumed in Sweden is bought at Systembolaget. The majority of the people in Sweden goes to Germany or some other country where alcohol is cheaper and buys it there. It is estimated that something between only 25-50% of all alcohol is bought at Systembolaget in Sweden. It is also today extremely easy for underage people to get alcohol, since they either go to some other country themselves (where the age limit is lower), or buy alcohol from some "friend" that imports alcohol himself and does not care at all who he sells to since his business is illegal anyway. It is estimated that in Skåne alone (which has about 40 Systembolag) there are about 400-500 "stores" where you can buy alcohol from private importers, people who could not care less about your age. Most 13 year olds in Sweden probably have as good access to alcohol, if not better, than most other Europeans that lives in countries where they have alcohol in every corner store. "
?
But yeah perhaps I should skip that part entirely. Perhaps the part about Svenska spel as well, since I don't think he needs any convincing that the reason the governments are doing this is because they want the income? Would be a lot shorter than, but perhaps less convincing? In the email I also bolded the part when i came to my idea, so that it would be clear to whoever reads the email that that is the important stuff in case they skim it through.

So to avoid having power supply work at its maximum capacity and therefore overloading and risking another system breakdown, I have ingeniously devised a solution in which the power to the CD/DVD drives and hard disks is provided by an additional 250W AT power supply. Here's the picture of the professionally assembled solution
Oh and btw if you're wondering, that paper that's between the two cards on the bottom left of the case is there to ensure isolation between the sound card and the tv tuner. Otherwise they touch and short circuit each other.

Uh-oh:

ZAGREB, Croatia -- A large fire spread throughout the Croatian capital of Zagreb last night, killing an estimated 16 people. While Zagreb police continue to sift through the charred reminants of the fire for clues, early signs seem to suggest that the fire was caused by a fairly elaborate attempt to rewire a household appliance -- and by "elaborate" we mean "holy shit, in all seriousness, what was that guy thinking".
"We believe that the fire was started at this residency", says Zagreb police-chief Aleksandar Petrovic, gesturing vaguely towards the burning embers of a building, surrounded by the scattered remains of at least half a dozen charred corpses. "We're not sure who lived here yet, but whoever it was obviously didn't know that haphazardly plugging a shit-ton of live wires together into the back of a computer was only ever going to lead to a slow, horrible death."
"Talk about starting the new year with a bang, though!", Petrovic added with a well-tuned sense of irony.
Police and fire rescue sources say that the blaze is now largely under control.
Hey Tito, you should use something other than paper for that. Also, get some sleeving for that pile of spaghetti you have there. I like the dual power supplies! I personally just replaced my old 420W with a 550W as I was maxing the old one out.

Well, if it's on the internet, it has to be true. Good one.
Hey wait till you hear how I'm turning on my car! My key stuck in the lock, and my mechanic was extremely lazy and he didn't deliver me a new ignition lock for like a month. And I can't really go buy a new one on my own because they don't really supply many parts for 30+ year old cars. So my brilliant solution was to cut off the jammed lock and now I'm hot wiring my car to get it started. And as a security measure when I park the car, I am carrying the electric jack with me. So noone without the correct jack can start up the car and steal it from me!
