Exige, now that's a great car! Wouldn't have one as a daily driver but on the track that thing must fly. Though if i had 100.000k to spend on a car i wouldn't go for the exige but rather for that late model 360 Modena one of my neighbours is selling But until then ill stick with my little Hyundai, its much easier to park so its actually better than a Ferrari

Then you find out that you need too buy $80 of decent oil, $10 oil filter, $150 worth of sparkplugs and realise you dont have any tools so you run off and buy about $300 bucks worth of tools to actually do the job.
Then you'll swear, cry, cut yourself and with any luck remember too buy $30 wheel jacks so you dont kill yourself when the normal jack gives out.
Bash stuff a bit more, hurt yourself some more and realise theres things like sump plug gaskets which cost $1.00 but you didnt buy and have too catch the bus down too the store again, covering everything in oily crap and buy a set of overalls so you dont ruin your clothes for about another $80 too and go back home.
Or you can ignore the sump plug gasket and hope it doesnt leak too much... later seizing the engine and causing $1000's of dollars of damage.
This is assuming you know the difference between gearbox and diff oils and pour any old left over engine oil into those thinking youre very clever.
Then stumble back into the house and get a beating from any of the cohabitants in there because you've covered the place in crap and clog up the toilet with 5litres of used engine oil youre not sure what too do with now. Or just pour it over the corner of the neighbours fence and kill their plants.
Aww, c'mon. I'm a little more competent that that.

I just put on my best clothes, take the car down too the service centre with a backseat full of oil, filters and stuff I want them too look at because otherwise they'll jip me on price. Pay them $100 and pick it up in the afternoon.
Then I'll catch the bus too the nearest mall and go shopping.
If I'm feeling particually cruel I'll go too another car lot and convince them too let me take their cars for a test drive. Yesterday I managed too convince some too let me drive a Lotus Exige with a factory supercharger.
Now all I need too do is find about $100,000 too buy one because its faster and prettier than my current car
You have to pay there to have that stuff taken off of your hands? Sounds like you're getting jipped eigther way.

z-zing
While my poor bomb is under warranty it costs a bit
They had a Modena in there too in nero black, it was about another $100,000 more than the exige, so pretty...
But a dream I guess.
Stick with my huge wallowing bomb with its brakes made of cheese and fuel consumption that keeps oil companies kids in university for the next 15 generations. Wouldmt be so bad if it hadnt depreciated about 50% of its price in 3 years

+1
In other news its 8am, ive been up since 6 and when i went for my morning jog i of course dressed like one should considering its the end of november. Well the joke`s on me because it was 13°C outside...at 6.30 fucking am! I almost sweated my life away. Supposedly october and november this year are second warmest ever recorded and environmentalists have been going nutz about this on the radio and tv for a while saying this is what global worming is all about. But when they get asked when they were really record breaking warm they say quietly in a shamed voice that the last time these two months were this hot was in 1927! So how are we supposed to take them seriously if they bitch about this and that but refuse to reveal a crucial bit of information unless its dragged out of them.

I don't know about the whole global warming thing, dig back deep enough and the earth has gone through hot and cold spells before so its inevitably going too do it again. Probably a few things people could do too slow it down but the fact is, people need the things that are apparently causing it too get hotter.
No one seems real eager too be the one who's not eating when a pollution causing truck brings it to the markets and not exactly sticking their hands up too be the ones doing without fossil fuel powered electricity.

thanks for the welcome btw.
This place kind of reminds me of the COR pre-2003 when it wasn't (entirely) full of retards, swearing, porn and dorks ripping on each other in a gross-out competition.
Mildly amusing in small amounts, sometimes even shocking. But when it becomes the norm it ends up being just bland, bit dull and stupid, kind of like punk when it hit TV and became popular
It ceased too be

Well for the most part you're right (especially about the punk point!), minus a few trolls which do exist; don't worry, they're pretty obvious.
So welcome!
A fresh perspective is always enjoyable
