Actually I've weighed out my options.

Having a job as a photographer now (Orlando) vs staying in school in SF for three more years hoping to get the same job I've been offered now. (SF)

Only paying back 2.5 grand in loans (by taking the job in Orlando) vs paying back 95 grand (staying in school in SF)

Paying 300$ a month in rent (Orlando) vs 1200$ a month (SF)

Having no worries about where I'm at (Orlando) vs Always having to worry about stepping down the wrong block to get to the TL (SF)

Getting my dream job now (Orlando) vs Hoping the offer is still around in three years (SF)

Traveling around the US as a photographer (Orlando) vs sitting put for four years (SF)

Getting paid bank (Orlando) vs not getting paid at all (SF)

Ok, in a desperate fit over not getting anywhere, two of my colleagues and I decided to build the dragon, and I've got to tell you: Holy smoke, that's an impressive peace of cardboard. The effect is even better than on the video. A few snaps:

As it's undoubtedly wise to get a close relationship with a new cardboard pet, I've decided to name it Silvara to speed things up.

Btw. have any of you seen "The Colbert Report"? So far I find it funnier than the Daily Show (and that's saying something). Gotta love his asshole attitude/O'Reilly impression.

thanks to your inspiring efforts, i have created my very own carboard pet.

it's not as hard as i imagined it would be, took me only 15-20 minutes.

but i have yet to name my new pet... will probably come up with some latin name soon, would fit nicely i think
