Think I'm gonna apply to go in the RAF as an officer when I get fit (could be years!)

Wouldn't touch the army tho, they actually send em out to get killed in the army! Fuck that!

I was thinking RAF too been around less time so apparently there is less build up of bullshit (though the messes I've been in had weird rules and stuff still).

I used to be in the air cadets (wanted to be a pilot.... like everyone else) and everything.

Only thing is I'd go in as an engineering officer and in the raf that'll probebly just be servicing stuff but in the army I could see it being a bit more interesting (in the RAF the way I see it an EO might as well be a contractor) and out in the field.

Yeah Harrys a bit of a larger lout, but i dont really mind Charles that much, i think of him as a bit of an eccentric, suppose they all are really, you would have to be after all the pampering and servants, i remember Prince saying once not so many years ago, that he had never shopped in a supermarket, i mean thats how much detached from reality they are.

But the best royal has to be Prince Philip, permenant foot in mouth, some of the stuff he has said over the years is hilarious, usually highly offensive but hilarious none the less.
