It's got everything from striking, grappling, groundfighting to weapons. I just need to spend more time doing those. My reasons for doing kung fu, other than when I started, has always been all the benefits unrelated to combat (I'm not saying it's not important to train for combat, just not my primary purpose of doing it ).
