Aw yes the harsh reality of work will now rear its ugly head as you finish uni and have to make your way in this world, its all ahead of you ....early starts, late nights at the office, the mortgage and the bills......but its not all bad......if you work really really hard, you might get a promotion, and then you can get a bigger mortgage and word even harder to pay that back......next will be the 2.3 kids and the Ford mondeo......its all ahead.......

Your right be positive, no point in being depressed because nobody really cares at the end of the day, you just end up turning on yourself.

Yeah thats what I'm going in for soon too.
But given that this year at uni I've got a grand total of 1 week off (ment to be starting work before I even finish uni, well my project, an "intensive" 8 week course for it ... with exams... trying to see if they will let me off though) so that'll be more than a year, and I've actually stayed in uni till 1.30am to get stuff done and genrally done all nighters.
Work sounds like fun
....Well atleast till the blinding monotony sets in.

Sucks that it's gonna take 6 months until they hire you. But at the same time, congrats on getting the position (eventually)! I'm surprised they're willing to wait rather than fill the position immediately ... personally, the next best thing to getting hired for a new job is the period of slack that you have between your old job and the time you start your new job.

No I only faked the trolls who chased after me because I like to argue with myself .
And coincidentally, since I'm the thread starter, I'm afforded a certain amount of bonus posts. Therfore, you are actually the queen my dear.
