I must preface this by saying that I could give two shits on a rainy Sunday about Michael Jackson and I have not been following this particular court case. Back to his fake world of plastic surgery, lolipops and monkeys, and the occasional little winkie. He'll probably build a dome over the place as soon as he secures the finances...

Seriously though, why wasn't he reprimanded for the alcohol?

i for one really avoided this case as much as possible since i think its a bunch of crap. but i do feel a lot better having someone guilty free, than someone inocent in prison... so if the proof werent enough, they defently did the right thing!

Eh he's wink wink guilty. Just like OJ, Blake, etc. Unfortunate byproduct of reasonable doubt when people can afford rediculous lawyers. Not much you can do about it unless you have a real solid case.
