thats why u take a lighter and put the flame about an inch or two under the blunt and dry it off. slowly rotate the blunt until all sides have been dried, and then u have a nice solid blunt.

somewhat off-topic:

there was this awesome party, one of my favorites. it was for my friends birthday, which falls exactly on st. patricks day. we all went to one guys house and just got completly shitfaced. then smoked some pot. it was great, there was a beer bong, and endless refridgerator of beer. we were going to mix up some redbull + vodka, but could only find blue vodka. heres what happened, st. patricks day, friend's 18th birthady, green redbull + vodka, pot, lots of people. it was fun.
