just had the greatest convo with my mom...

she's lending me some money to pay off some high interest credit card debt, and the deal is that one third of it is a gift from her and the other two thirds i'm going to owe to her someday, so we were discussing the agreement (while i'm at work, btw)...

mom: "i'll just hit you up for some money when i'm an old lady and i need to buy some grass..."

me: "hahaha, i fully support that purchase!"

mom: "i'm just kidding, by the way... about the grass i mean."

me: "yeah but it's funny. especially if you're an old lady."

mom: "well who knows maybe it'll be legal by then."

me: "good point... umhmmmm..."

mom: "not that i'd care. i'm high enough on life as it is."
