I'm starting a low-dose regimen on the 20th, really kinda nervous about it looking at the rather long list of side-effects.

Oh, can anyone tell me if there are any issues with THC + SSRIs?
There shouldn't be. I know I never had a problem with the two. There are a number of things that are potentially dangerous to combine with SSRIs, but they're all synthetic.
I'd imagine MDMA could be quite dangerous to take if you're currently on them.

Do you mind sharing which one? I've tried a number of different ones.
It's important to take note of all the different things that change once you start taking them and talking to your doctor about those changes. SSRI's, like most anti-depressants, have a large number of side effect warnings, but are normally fine. Though obviously it depends on the specific drug and the specific person. I had no reaction at all from some and terrible reactions to a few others.
I haven't been told yet, but I'm next to positive it'll be some kind of SSRI. My symptoms aren't really severe enough to warrant anything else. I probably wont find out the specifics until I meet with my psychologist on the 20th. My first meeting was just the introductory thing with the therapist earlier this week, and they can't prescribe anything directly.

Yeah, SSRI's are usually the first line defense.
Hopefully they help you
Just remember to talk to the psychologist a lot. And take your daily dose of prog. My mother always told me "80 minute of prog a day keeps the doctor away". I live by those words.
