I know we could open up a whole thread on this.... prob in the Dutch forum as well and I know this has been done before.

I'm sure some of you have been to the Netherlands, prob more than once and some of you even live in the country. I will most likely be heading to Rotterdam in July() and well, you know what's legal there. What has your experience been like in terms of strands and what would you recommend and why?

11,000 views doesnt mean 11,000 people. it means the thread has been viewed by 11,000 people. i know ive seen this thread dozens of dozens of times. and so have many other people. in reality, its more like 50 people maybe.
