I actually have only smoked once or twice in the last like 9 months. Been drunk only a few times as well.

Trying to give my body and brain a bit of a break after about two years of a serious xanax addiction and being an alcoholic as well as smoking weed all the time.

Probably going to be changing that around in the next few months, but I aim to stay in control this time and not destroy my body / go insane.

Probably more like 16 hours on my day off, I'd just stay stoned all day, it was great. My credit card always hated when I brought it to the grocery store high though. I was a fairly functioning stoner though, I had a girlfriend, on time for work, manager's still loved me, etc. It started to take a turn the less I spoke with my family though, that was something I didn't realize after the fact, however. It's in the past.

So when are you going to babysit me, Lilith? I can pack down a lot of spaghetti-os.

Most people I knew that smoked lots of pot in the long term tended to have fairly unhappy lives eventually in a sense that it really did mess them up psychologically. Not to the extent that the meth-enthusiasts seem to, they just tended to die fairly quickly

Actually seeing at it doesn't really matter any more, when we had the farm and growing tobacco and maize there was a little crop out the back, which my mother was kind of partial to for her MS... well, that was her excuse. It also made us quite popular with the police, who we'd give a couple of kilo's of tobacco and a few kilo's of pot to keep on good terms with.
Even when things really sucked later on with the land seizures, the cops never gave us any trouble.

HOLY SHIT. Not only was I coughing to the point where my eyes were watery, but by the fourth hit I was really high. That hasn't happened to me in a really long time! Great stuff.



enydo - nothing wrong with a break. I agree with Sushi, 3 months or so sounds like a good break. I think it was jupiterone who was beginning to get all sketched out when he smoked and he took a break for a bit and when he smoked again he was fine.
