Usually all you need is 2-3 days for your tolerance to go back down. Some would just say 1 day, but if you been doing it on the daily for a bit, 2-3 days break is better.

yea. this is definitely turning out into a big waste of weed. I just took what I didn't regret dumping (about 3gm worth) and dumped it into 1/2 bottle of Johny Walker Tincture Mix. Reading about it tho, looks like it needed to be dried first. damn. and I needed more than that. d'oh.

oh, and smoked a fat spliff - feel barely nothing.

what I meant originally, though, I was reading that for tincture it should be dried in the oven @ 150 F for about 10 mins to dry it out, before dumping it into tinicure mixture.

all this shit is extra complicated tho. looks like I just wasted some weed, while creating mj-flavored Johny Walker Black, lol. Duh.

Nah man, the trichomes (crystals) won't fall off even if it's dried.
That's why you need to freeze it, or beat the shit out of it (like with lebanese hash) to get them off.

There aren't alot of growers here in Norway, so I'm absolutely no expert. I've been told that the weed should be hung up to dry till it's about 30% of the weight it was, but let's just say he was more than just a grower, so his methods are probably shady at best.

From what I read on forums the best buds are produced by 2-6 weeks of drying (dependent on climate) and 2 weeks to 2 months of curing.

"A bud is completely dry, cured, and ready for consumption when the stem in the middle of the bud snaps easily with the fingers. The snap is easy to detect with practice. The marijuana buds now can be sealed and stored for a really long period of time."

But as I mentioned, many growers are straight up criminals, and selling it before it is completely dried is a great way of getting more money for your crop, if you find someone who's willing to buy it; seldom hard.

Edit: Ah you're making green dragon? Nicce From what I've read up on it, putting weed in a cheese cloth (no annoying draining afterwards) then submerge it 50-60% alcohol (double that number if youre american) and let it sit for X period of time. I'm thinking smalles amount of alcohol possible to get top potency. For a whole bottle of alcohol you'd need ALOOOT of weed :P
