About Nick Chacona
It’s nearly impossible to pin down Nick Chacona’s genre, but you can definitely pin down his vibe: a f@#king good time. Much of his productions are based around space disco sounds with heavy dub influences, but that’s not at all where he draws the line. His discography just keeps growing and growing with releases on Moodmusic, 2020 Vision, Ben Watt’s Buzzin Fly, Saw, Dogtown, Bearfunk, and the inaugural release for Prins Thomas’s Internasjonal, not to mention a very extensive remix list that includes one for our own Adultnapper’s Footnotes label. His extremely versatile DJ sets have gained his high regard across the US from NY to San Francisco, as well as Brazil, Germany, Spain, Poland, Romania, Belgium, Sweden, Serbia, Holland, and the UK. Well folks another Thursday has reached us, which means it is Global DJ Broadcast day. However, this is not a traditional episode.
With the annual Winter Music Conference done and dusted for another year, the Global DJ Broadcast World Tour this month features highlights of Markus Schulz's sets throughout conference week in Miami.

For one week of the year, the world’s DJs, industry members, radio stations, fans and clubbers descend on South Beach in Miami, for the annual Winter Music Conference celebration. For Markus Schulz, the week takes on added significance as it gives him the opportunity to perform for his hometown Coldharbour faithful.
His week began with a specially extended set from the opening party at Dream, continuing with a headlining performance at Nocturnal, and rounding off with a peaktime set at the Ultra Music Festival. Each night brought its own ambiance, and we bring you the best moments of each in this special WMC stop of the World Tour series.
You can relive the excitement of the 2010 Winter Music Conference on the 28th edition of the World Tour, coming to you live from Miami, Florida.

The mix has great new music from my fellow Finn Joonas Hahmo, two tracks actually, and even a remix by him, so I guess it could be called Joonas Sessions... There's a kicking remix of Heatbeat's Mr. Walrus, a beautiful track called 'Right Back' by Yuri Kane and a dancefloor destroyer by Solitude, 'Beautiful Brontosaur', and much more, all good stuff! And in the end it's around 138 bpm mark again, full-on uplifting and energetic trance!
