i heard these lyrics a while back, dont remember what set it is from or even where i heard it. if you can take a stab at it. Then i thank you in advance.

then my mind got blurry on what he says for a bit, then it goes back into

"his obsession, garbage, his profession, sanitary engineer.."

and yea thats what i remember, the voice is kinda like a scratchy filtered old guy's voice if it helps, the beat of the track used a cowbell type sound while the guy talked.

Probably one of the weirdest tracks in history,this one.
