Nice housing for the turns and mixer. Built it yourself?

Yeah. Well, it's built into an IKEA loft bed. I just added a piece of ply wood and a cross support, it was pretty simple but works well. Luckily the bed is also screwed into the wall so it's solid as a rock, although a little foam underneath the tables would probably help some more.
The only problem is the table is a little low, and I'm about 2 inches too tall to stand straight up so I have to hunch over a bit (or sit down) when mixing. Ah well, it's a nice arrangment.

god cheesy, it looks like you just maxed out the tracking weight on your carts, that's not good... And m44-7s don't need THAT much weight. But otherwise a nice setup.

I'm not using the Shure's any more, I'm using Ortofons, and I rebalanced the tonearms. That was when I first set up everything and I had no clue what I was doing

I think you have your speakers misplaced. I have the same Alesis monitors and mine are reversed. The tweeters should be facing the inside with the bass portholes to the outside, that is if you want them sitting vertically like that. Check the reference manual on page 22-23 for more information.
