Any particular reason? I rest mine on gently - can't imagine it does too much harm.......

Jog is pressure sensitive, so putting a weight on them for a long time could damage the jog.

I've posted pictures of my setup before, but since I had the week off I decided to make some modifications.

The big one was raising the whole desk up 6 inches. I managed to find some new legs at Ikea that are extensible up to 46" (if you wanted to). And they look very similar to the original legs, so that's a plus (its a nice desk).

I also angled the CDJ's, and added the LED lighting

I have the sub turned down to it's lowest setting too, it gets very very loud.
