i really really need to replace the cdj1000. such a POS!!! and i need to get the sefour stand for my efx1000 as well.
but wow wow wow wow. the djm800 is sooo solid. the channel faders are like sex and i LOVE how they changed the master volume to a knob. no more accidently volume falls like on the 600 lol.
oh yea and the crossfader is really nice for pulling off some scratches

i mean the actual cdj1000 is a pos. i love my cdj1000mk2. the cdj1000 looping feature sucks and certain aspects bug me. the cdj1000mk2 is soooo much more solid. i need to sell my cdj1000 and get another mk2. probably wont happen for a while though.
fyi, too the right of my djm800 is a cdj1000. thought it showed in the picture
Get yourself a cdj 1000 mk3. The LCD is much better

Technics SL-PG490 CD Player
Kenwood KX-W4080 Double Tape Deck

Stuff like the tape deck and Technics CD Player doesn't get used anymore. But they still sit there like a lemon. Desperately want CDJ's now, definately playing more CD's than Vinyl now and it's no fun on the Numarks.

with the 800's built in midi clock you can mix with both CDJ's and ableton...most of us 800 owners are moving towards the hybrid setup more and more.

I have CDJs 800 mk2. How do I connect them to computer? I have M-Audio Firewire 410 Audio interface. Does hybrid mean so you can add own hats and stuff?

So let me get this perfectly straight. Within the last year you've had a Xone 92, a DJM 1000, and a DJM 800. What did you have before that? The DJM 600 I think?
