'lemonade with vodka mixed in it' sounds to me like "i found whatever booze i had in my place..and it turned out to be vodka..i looked in my fridge and realized that i had no soda or orange juice. so i mixed it with lemonade instead"

Haha, good guess, but nah. I never have soda or orange juice around and usually have lemonade. I have it frequently, it's just my lazy drink for when I want to have a drink, but don't want to have something straight or bother mixing something that takes any effort
