Yeah, it is. But, actually, I compared the prices between Blackwell and most bookshops in the United States, and it was cheaper. For some weird reason, handling and shipping seems to be more expensive in the US, and the books cost about 10% less in the UK.
Besides, I've got their card, so I get random discounts every now and then
