no, it's not. that one was actually downtown. iirc, he pans the camera down and points it at a busyish street. also, it's missing the recessed shelf/thing with all the pictures on it that goes down the front hall. either that or they made the kitchen the front hall, for the movie. the kitchen does look kinda like that.
the building next to it does look like the rooftop from heroes, though.
