Not worth talking them down, there's too much competition and they might get bored and slap you around Nimbin is a shithole these days. Pretty on the outside, but nasty culture.

I love Byron Bay, for the most part. My gf grew up there, and still knows heaps of people down there. We try to go down a couple of times a year just to chill out.

My favourite place in Australia (so far) is Fraser Island.
