Soul Rebels Brass Band is the shit too, saw them at Jazzfest, teh awesome.
I can't imagine going to NOLA for techno though. I can get that here. NOLA is all about the jazz and blues and that alone is an experience in itself and the way you're supposed to experience the city: through THEIR music, not something brought there. But that's just me.
