question on norton antivirus.

I keep getting this message when i try to do live update. An someone help me out?

you can always manually download the updates (only like 3meg a time, then apply them, just in the way u'd install a normal application).
as jon said, you got a firewall? .. either that or your subscription is out of date? |

| no firewall subscripyion is good till sep 03. How about if I re-install the whole norton deal? |

| Read the whole page, from the top, of this site and that should do it. I had the same exact problem and this fixed it. http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...&Src=#_Section1. You may have to click on the URL a few times. For some reason, when I did to make sure it worked, sometimes I got an error before it worked. |
