For anyone that wants it, here's a MIDI I just constructed from the first 4 or so minutes of Witness of Wonder - Emotions In Motion (Thrillseekers Remix). Since the exact patterns were taken in the same progression from the track, there should be all the loops you need in there.
The bass is rather simple (4 notes, really) but I've also posted it anyway. Unlike some of the other posted MIDIs I've seen, I usually separate the two into two different files since I usually tweak the bass pad and lead synths separately.

I did this solely by ear, so hopefully it's right. It sounds right ;) Let me know otherwise. The BPM of the original track is 138.00. BTW, didn't put much effort into this, especially not the bass. So do with it what you will.
