Techno.
First time I heard them, that was a great EM, though I only listened from after the first hour. I was surprised, I wasn't planning to listen to this one. Even better than Timo Maas last week IMO.  |

Might wanna elaborate on that, as the "techno" played by Blackstrobe has little in common with the Adam Beyer/Chris Liebing ilk that most people associate that word with around here (regardless of Mentasm and The Bells). This EM looks more of the housier/minimal edged techno, with some classics thrown in for good measure, alongside some indie/rock tunes (Killing Joke, Ministry, Depeche Mode). |
