Ultra Carry On returns for second year as ultimate after UMF event
Miami, FL (November 2, 2005) – The world famous Ultra Music Festival (UMF), the premier dance music event in the country, will take place on Saturday, March 25th, 2006 in downtown Miami. Returning for the third straight year as the only Official Music Festival of the 21st Winter Music Conference (WMC).
The 8th installment of the Ultra Music Festival has already kicked off by confirming Grammy nominated British electronic rock band THE PRODIGY as its headliner. Returning electronic music sensations Paul Oakenfold and Erick Morillo will also perform at UMF 8.
Multi- Platinum act, THE PRODIGY announce their return to the US next spring as the headliner of Ultra Music Festival 8 in Miami. The emergence of The Prodigy on the mainstream radar stands as a defining moment in the history of popular music. A band that has played and even headlined almost every major festival in the world including England’s Glastonbury Festival to Fuji in Japan, to Coachella in the US.
