JohnWright
I’m clearing out my hard drives and so fresh for 2010, I’ve blown the dust off two big room trance classics in time for the start of the summer.

For those who haven’t heard any of my stuff before, my previous tracks and remixes under my own name and my older ‘Elixir’ alias have been supported by the likes of Judge Jules, John Askew, Andy Moor, Jon O’Bir, Ernesto vs. Bastian, M.I.K.E, Super8 & Tab, Stoneface & Terminal, Mike Shiver, Manuel le Saux, Pedro del Mar, Mike Koglin, Robert Nickson, Kuffdam, Jose Amnesia, Mr. Sam, Lange & Greg Downey.

Joker Jam ‘Innocence’ (Priority One’s 2010 Rework)
First up is Joker Jam ‘Innocence’ which originally made an appearance in 2001 and went on to feature a remix from the mighty Paul van Dyk and which still continues to appear on numerous trance compilations. With a thumping kick and crisp percussion underneath sparkling synths and warm basses, this rework takes the original melodies and spins them with a breakbeat interlude and crisp percussion.

Fridge ‘Angel’ (Priority One’s 2010 Rework)
Second comes from way back in 1999 when the warm pads and haunting choirs set the speakers alight on dark trance floors the world over. Using new crushing basslines and the deep vocal rushes of the original track, this version rises into an acidic crescendo before crashing back into a foot stamping melodic beauty, just made for the speakers.
