Re-load Records has plenty of hard techno, as well, as does Nitric and Future Frontier - all Belgium labels. Neil Landstrumm and Paul Birken generally made hard techno, as well, the latter probably being a big influence on the new "wonky" techno style.

but those true hard techno legends are those posted by AlphaStarred. Jeff Mills, Neils, Kramer and a few others have made hard techno really stood out from other "techno" in the 90s
