I think it makes a huge difference if you're listening to something or not. I really hate running but it's the only way to get the lower abs right :D Anyways certain songs just make me want to run. I guess this falls under workout music but whatever...

what do U listen to when you run??

Happy hardcore :D no really i listen to that :) to be more precise anabilic frolis happy 2b hardcore chapters 2, 3,4 and 6 :) i cant find the other two:D

Either that or something like foo fighters, green day, the offspring, aerosmith...

...sometimes i have the strangest ideas :D

It has got to be banging or uplifting trance, its great when you are runnin and then the melody comes in and then the beat comes back, gives you a real lift:D
igottaknow
:eek: horror sound tracks...

gives me the motivation to run

aquanuts = deep sea.

if anything. the key to running is to totally clear your mind of all emotion and thought. The blanker the slate kind of thing.getting all pumped up just makes your body burn energy faster

There are a couple of songs that I like - but one that I have noticed really helps is

Blackout - Mada

Very strong drum based rhythm that isn't so fast that you can't keep up.

Another one is

Bugs - About You

which, I am embarrassed to admit, came preloaded when I bought my PC. But they both have strong repeititve rhythms that help me go

Neither of these is prog tho. Both are pretty heavy.

Anyone know any prog running tunes?
