does anyone have this series? I cant get episode 9, its basically the most elusive episode...ever.
anyways, im loving it. I just bought the TriGun DVD set....210 bucks normally got it brand new for 30! i love amazons used section.
hey we could turn this into an anime series you like thread.
basically i love the classics, neon gen, cow bop, trigun, vampire hunter D (the cool one not the stupid one(oops movie not a series)), kenshin, record of lodoss war was hehe classic also japanese elf ears take gettin used to. macross...k cant totally think right now.
Any suggestions? Movies too, i want an uber collection. |

I know you already said you saw it, but I just had to say how much I adore the series and the "death and rebirth" film :p
Ghost in the Shell
I'm still trying to watch it. I watched the first half and I didn't like it very much... and I'm still trying to understand why the main character is naked every 5 minutes :D

Ah my Goddess!
I don't know if it's because I've been listening too much happy hardcore lately, but I actually enjoyed this thing. Its syrupy cutesy becomes annoying at times, but it's catchy.

Now this is plain evil. I've watched just one episode and I must say that I liked the intro music so much that I ended up watching it till the end. 30 minutes of hamsters doing absolutely nothing, and my mind was blank during this whole time. You were warned :D |

It has been a long time since I watched a lot of anime..but I thought Devilman Vol 1 was pretty good (vol 2 was ok), Vampire Hunter D is what got me hooked, Neon Genesis is mint, Macross Plus, Venus Wars wasn't too bad, Ghost in the Shell is great (I am still pissed cause some stole my DVD), Ranma 1/2 is funny (tho totally whacked), Wind of Amnesia(? title) was pretty good......
I can't remember anything else offhand. I used to rent like 5 a week when I was on breaks in college.
