Okay, so I experimented with using my digicam for videos @ Edgar V a few weeks back.
The videos looked great, but sounded like . The bass was just too overpowering.
I wanna make more videos for Dumonde @ Viva next week, but I am hoping to achieve better sound.
I've considered taping some kind of material over the mic.
Anyone done something like this before? Any help would be appreciated |

hey i tried the same at oakie at the guv. and got the same results. Although i did tape some foam over the mic, but i dont think it was the right kind or thick enough. im gonna try securing an earplug over the mic, cause if it works for your ears, it might for the digicam as well. im goning to labour of love and gonna try to record sasha's set. hope it works out ok.
i saw people recording oakies set, and they had huge foam coverings over their mics. so i think thicker the better, the treble seems to bleed through perfectly. hopefully my earplug idea works! |
