I think the problem occured when I installed Grand Theft Auto 2. An Omegasearch pop-up toolbar comes up when I go to my home page, with headings like 'Sex' and 'Casino'. It had changed my home page to thiers, added loads of shítty folders to my favourites and fúcked up the order of my favourites

I have checked for problems with Spybot and even tried to get rid of it with ToolCop but no joy.

Any idea how to get rid of this fúcking thing?!

Na, thats adware, not a virus. Adaware will probably remove it. www.lavasoftusa.com

Definitely get Adaware

Also d/l Spybot Search & Destroy to get rid of spyware

EDIT: I am an idiot, should have read your post properly, but i am drunk so please forgive me.

:haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:

remove it manually. go to ur windows folder, check what has been modified when u got it, use search to see what items have been modified. Check program files and add and remove files for the program. Check ur reg edit to see the start up programs.
