Can someone fill me in about what has been happening? (apart the being let off part!) I heard about the allegations first came out in the news, but i haven't heard anything since.
How have people been viewing Kobe? Do most people think he was innocent or guilty? Sounds like he might have settled privately to me. |

the phsical proof they had against kobe was diddly, alot of the case was in the testimony of the accuser
she says she wont testify, and the whole thing is done. Only Kobes reb is trashed. |

| I think the whole thing was stupid. I hate hearing about celebrity trials, especially ones that (if they were your average-joe) you wouldn't hear anything about. |
