i want to boost the volume of my mp3's and adjust the equalising before i put them on my mp3 player. My player does have a 5 band equaliser but it isnt that great and the max volume isnt as loud as i'd like.

can anyone help.. suggestions? comments? opinions?

thanks

cant soundforge do that???

i'd say t-racks but it's gotta be a wav for that...it may be hard with a mp3.

cool, i'll have a look at soundforge, i have an older version from a year or 2 ago.

i could always rip to wave since most of the tracks are comming from my CD singles collection, do the adjusting, then encode to mp3 afterwards.

i just want to make sure that there isnt too much distortion etc after i adjust these bits.
