Hmmmm , I see its some kind of a sponsor message of some kind , but I don't see the use of it ,
I don't know , but I would not like read a text of some kind with all the words underlined and linked to a sponsor .

| yeah i had that get installed on my computer somehow. i guess its an okay idea, but i didnt install it willfully so it had to be removed. if you dont want it, go to remove software and uninstall Top Text. Thats gets rid of it pretty easy...late/ |

| it either comes with IE or something, or its one of the many ads that popup randomly...no idea tho...late/ |
