i have broken winamp. :(

it was acting kind of funny...like delaying 1/1000th of a second evertyime i fastforward a bit (like click the little time indicator bar thing), it was tollerable, but i knew it wasn't supposed to be like that.
it also had this weird white noise type thing in the background of every mp3, which wasn't there when i tested it on windows media player...
so since winamp was bugging me to switch to the 5.1 version, i decided to uninstall it and get the new one.
now...it doesn't work, and i'm forced to use wmp. :( i hope everyone is as concerend as i am.... |

i still got 3.0 ..
it doesn't take as much memory as 5.1, but more memory than 2.76
however, i like 3.0's technology of multiple playlists on the side. |

i have 2.91 on my old desktop.
is there anyway to get the old version? i have 5.08 but i liked the 2.91 version. |

5.1 surround edition

any of you guys use audio plugins that change the sound?
ive got one that about 2 seconds after i load a song "pops" and the audio is much crisper and better sounding... called "sound solution v1.2" as opposed to the nullsoft signal processing studio. (those are under plug-ins - dsp/effect fyi's) and i would totally reccomend it to anyone. |
