but theres so many things to do on the computer :( and all my books suck. |

It sure does. But there are things you can do to help yourself. Like having a light snack before you go to bed. No slap-up meals or anything, but if your stomach is empty it can interfere with sleep. Dairy products and turkey contain tryptophan, which acts as a natural sleep inducer, so maybe a glass of milk will help a little. Stay away from coffee, tea and sugary foods though.
It's also good to develop sleeping rituals which give your body signals that it's time to sleep. If you go through the same tasks every night before you go to bed, your body will learn that it's time to start shutting down for the night. Also, avoid using your bed from anything apart from sleeping (well... sleeping and sex I suppose). I mean, try not to lie in or on your bed while watching tv, listening to music or whatever. This way when you go to bed your body will know it's time to sleep.
Another idea you might want to try is to have a bath an hour or two before you need to sleep. As your body temperature drops afterwards you will become more tired. I have no idea why that happens, but it happens. :p |

That is when I had insomnia the worst. When I was addicted to pc gaming and other computer related crap that kept me up and on that thing hours upon hours. You just need a day to day hobby or even something to do a few days a week outside, away from your house that will tire you during the day and make you tired enough to sleep at a normal time. It did me good. |

ever since i started the job i have now i regularly sleep once every two days. not too bad but i think it's affecting my blood pressure. but i gotta make the dough u know |
