OMG I need help

and urgent too :wtf:
I need to rotate a pic with random angle( say 30°); all progs I have only allow multiples of 90°.
Besides, I need some small proggie to change pic brightness.
I need to fit a pic to A4 size (now, it's too large, I'm affraid paint will distort the pic).
Wouldn't ask if I wasn't desperate. Thx already, guys. |

Have you got MS office 2003? If so you can do it on the pic manager (picture-rotate-30 degrees)
EDIT: heh soz just realised there wa sother stuff you wanted to do wiht the pic than jsut rotate it |
