people get that weird arrythmia in their hearts sometimes where it stops for a second and you kind of stop breathing and it does a hard lug and then its normal again.

Just a palpitation. Not abnormal for most people occasionally, although unhealthy habits like smoking seem to exacerbate them. |

A properly placed corkscrew punch to the chest stop your heart for a moment (if there's enough intensity). If your heart is already stopped, the punch will probably kill you.
Be careful.
And yes, get it checked out immediately. |

is it after any "recreational" activities? i find that the day after, my heartbeat can get a little irregular, and when i inhale it hurts a little for a second. :conf: |

yeah, exercise is usually when it happens...also said Alcamahol is a factor...but I stopped drinking so we'll see if that does anything.
