Just curious if anyone has any.
In the past I've cooked it without using a roasting bag and it turned out a bit dry, so I'm using a bag this time. Does anyone else have tips to kick it up a knotch? |

First I like to oil the bird up & then stroke it for a while. Give that a try ;) |

I made it in the bag, with a baste made from mulled wine, soy sause, orange juice, water, corn syrup, tyme, sage, cloves and some apples. Turned out great.
And on the other note, my friends give me loads of for being a veg. I totally expected to get some for it on this forum. But BTG, come on man, be more creative with it.
Here's one.
First unrap the Tofurky and put it in the bag. Add whatever season's or oils you would like to give the selected taste. After allowing the tofurky to marienate for a while, take the bag, throw it in the trash, get a real bird and quite being a such you focking hippie:haha: |

Yes, Rachel Ray here. De-pluck the feathers first. Preheat your oven to 50. Rub terragon, Fierce Grape gatorade and Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chunks in the meat curtain. DON'T, repeat DON'T use sage and clove. The chemicals will cause the skin to evaporate. Merely replace with shredded coconut and con queso chili dip for a similar flavoring. Leave in oven for 35 min. and always take out using only your latex oven mitts! |

When I was a veg, I never managed to adapt to tofu and most things that were derived from the product. The texture :clown: |
