I need one...anyone got any recommendations(yes there are other threads but mp3 players come out every month and i need up to date stuff)
I'd like it to have a fairly high capacity, and
good battery life

ipod is the best if you're a live set junkie (i.e. hour+ songs)
the seek functioni is sweet.
some people say the are over rater bla bla, but i don't see how.
good battery life, i've had 3 and none of them have failed. you can get a refurbished 4th generation for like $214 from apple. 20 gig. |

PLZ DON"T BUY IPOD ... ITS NOT WORTH IT ... IPOD is just a hyped up player and feature wise it sucks ... though i would say the rotary wheel concept rox ... but i would like my player to have more features in it then just the looks.

I bought H320 20 gb player for 225 $ from CCity (i suppose the same is now for 325$)... last year i upgraded to korean firmware and can play divx movies on it which are encoded at 10 frame per sec (though korean firmware removed the drm support from my iriver but videos was something worth considering especially when you are on a 6 hrs flight once in a while).
now i have upgraded to rockbox firmware and can
play doom and a gazillion other small games while the muzik us up and running
dual boot to korean firmware to play videos
a gazillion skins
besides radio,
can see still pictures
read ebooks
record sound from external source or radio
bla bla
you won't get this in ipod or any other player ... give it a shot or read mistic river before buying... |
